Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

In short: this site uses no cookies, has no analytics or tracking pixels, and sends no requests to external servers. We collect data only when you fill in the contact form yourself.

1. Who controls your data

Data controller
Piotr Zaborowski, trading as Lajfhub
Contact about your data
kontakt@lajfhub.pl

We have not appointed a data protection officer — write to the address above about anything concerning your data.

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form:

Providing this is voluntary, but without an email address we have no way to reply.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

We make no automated decisions and we do not profile you.

4. Who we share it with

The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., based in the United States — that company receives your message and passes it to our inbox. This means your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The site is hosted on servers operated by Hostinger International Ltd. — that server's logs record your IP address and basic browser information, exactly as happens when you visit any website. Your data also reaches the email provider we use to reply to your message.

We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. A message to kontakt@lajfhub.pl is enough.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site stores no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixels and no analytics tools of any kind. We serve our typefaces from our own server, so your browser never connects to Google or any other third party while loading them. That is also why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The only trace your visit leaves is an entry in the hosting server's logs, described in section 4.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the legally binding one.
