Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms cover the use of this website and its contact form. They do not govern the delivery of a project — the terms of any particular job are agreed separately, in a contract or in a written offer.

1. Who runs this site

Service provider
Piotr Zaborowski, trading as Lajfhub
Contact
kontakt@lajfhub.pl

2. What the site offers

The site provides two things, free of charge:

Using the site is voluntary and requires no account.

3. What the information is not

The described scopes and timelines are informational and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Sending the form does not form a contract — it is an invitation to talk. A contract comes into being only after the scope, price and schedule have been agreed separately.

4. Technical requirements

To use the site you need a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript enabled. No additional software is required.

5. Rules of use

If these rules are broken, we may leave the message unanswered.

6. Copyright

The text, layout and code of this site are protected by copyright and belong to the service provider. Third-party names and trademarks, including technology names, belong to their respective owners and are used here for information only.

7. Complaints

If the form does not work or something on the site concerns you, write to kontakt@lajfhub.pl. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

8. Consumers

If you use the site as a consumer, you have the rights granted by the Polish Consumer Rights Act and may use out-of-court dispute resolution — including the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. The site uses no cookies and no tracking tools.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — the amended version applies from the moment it is published on this page. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the legally binding one.
